Holly & Co is the newest venture by Holly Tucker MBE - Founder of Notonthehighstreet.com. The aim is to shine a light on the remarkable creatives, small business owners and Local Artisans across the UK. We were tasked with photographing Holly & Co's live event: The Congregation of Inspiration to help spread the energy and vibrance of the event on social and web. In addition we photographed their newest London premises to entice their audience to visit their new HQ and enjoy the space and cafe.
We photographed the Congregation of Inspiration in a candid natural style in an effort to highlight the atmosphere and beautiful event design without breaking the flow of the day. Aiming to catch real honest moments and really capture the atmosphere of the day, a low profile camera set up meant we could get around the even easily without causing disturbance and capture moments as they happened. Interior photography to showcase the new Holly & Co venue is a slower and more meticulous process, shooting on a tripod and making sure every detail is perfect to really do justice to the wonderfully designed space that Holly and the team have created.
The Holly & Co work/shop in Twickenham is beautifully designed over two neighbouring premises and comprises of a cafe, deli, bar and kitchen/school room for private hire.
We wanted to ensure the shots we got did the space justice and showed off the beautiful design and wonderful original features of the building including the largest operating sash window in the UK.
As with Holly's events the beauty is all in the detail, we made sure we focused on the small details to really get across the amount of work that went into building the space.
Keeping the photography style coherent between events and locations really helps all brand imagery online and through social channels sit well together.
